Our Amazing Wedding with DJ Damian James & DJ Pasha Entertainment
We worked with DJ Damian James, DJ Pasha and Rayne for our wedding on September, 6th 2025 at the UCLA Mathias Botanical Gardens. I have to say this team is impressive. Every aspect of communicating, from setting up meetings, to having productive meetings, to following up on all our details went perfectly. DJ Damien was a perfect match to our energy and love of music. He showed impeccable timing of music for entrances, for first dance and for reading the room with regard to the energy and style of music. He was an exceptional host and showed that he was having a good time as were all the attendees. All the audio, including three different set ups, worked perfectly and seamlessly. He worked beautifully with the events coordinator, as we did not have to guide him with anything. He kept up the energy throughout the event and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a tough grader and clearly give DJ Damian, Rayne and DJ Pasha an A plus, all because they gave us the party we had been dreaming of! – Steve and Ron
Coachella theme kid’s party!
We are members at Big Canyon Country Club in Newport Beach. For every big family event we always have a blast with the entertainment supplied by the DJs and dancers of DPE Live. Planning our son’s 6th birthday we knew we had to have them and we had such an amazing experience with DJ Damian!! The music was loved by the kids and the adults and everyone had such a blast. DJ Damian is energetic and so fun on the mic. We also hired the activities leader Nataly. I loved how Nataly came to do games with the kids which allowed the kids to have so much fun, be competitive, win prizes, and allowed the parents to relax and actually totally enjoy a kids party! We have hosted many parties at our house before but by working with DPE we had the best party ever! We will definitely be having them back for future parties. – Jenn Junkin
60th Birthday Blowout!
We were connected to DPE Live via our venue and club Shady Canyon Golf Club. They came very highly recommended and that is for many reasons. We were connected with the owner DJ Pasha who had the perfect performer in place for our celebration. Together we worked on the timeline and the music my husband and our friends would enjoy for his 60th birthday. Our communication was thorough and I could feel they had allot of care for our event. DJ Pasha planned ahead with our Club securing all was in place for a great night. DJ Damian arrived early and was so friendly and attentive to setting up and working together with staff. DJ Damian did an amazing job of getting everyone from ages 21 to 86 on the dance floor! He played every song we wanted and read the crowd perfectly. DJ Damian even had the USC fight song available for a tribute to our alma mater! I can’t thank DPE Live enough for a birthday party and night we will never forget! – Tina & Eoin
A Golden Party thanks to DPE Live!
How do you celebrate a Golden 50th anniversary? Simple. Call the golden team of DPE Live -DJ Pasha and DJ Damian! Our Club Shady Canyon suggested we book early as they are a busy company, and now we know why. For months we had multiple phone calls with DJ Pasha and his charming demeanor made us both excited after every call. The attention to planning our vision was enthusiastic and passionate. Our evening was magical and they made it happen every single second from beginning to end. We even threw in a curve ball by asking them to play snippets of every couple’s wedding first dance. DJ Damian managed to seamlessly weave in songs from the 60’s to the 2020’s. From the longest hora ever (!!!) to the cha cha slide, the dance floor was never empty. DJ Damian kept our guests entertained and dancing all night. We are still receiving compliments months later about the party, one of the best compliment of the evening from our 10-year-old grandson: “I want to be a DJ when I grow up because they are SO COOL!” So I hope they are hiring! Honestly, in a world where customer service almost doesn’t exist these professionals are the BEST! Thank You! – Rena & John
Twist & Shout with DPE
This review is long overdue: We had DJ Damian James at our annual fundraiser benefit gala in April ’22 and our theme was “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles. Not only was DJ Damian James an amazing DJ and Emcee, he came dressed up for the event in costume, and even brought props. He really made our event special by representing our theme! Our group of about 200 people had the best time dancing and we could not shut down the party! We have already booked DJ Damian James again for next year’s 2023 benefit! Highly, highly recommend DPE! Thank you to DJ Damian James for an excellent job and also thank you to DJ Pasha for organizing and helping to make our fundraiser the most fun, memorable, and successful event yet!
