Congratulations on setting a date for your special event! You’ve been dreaming of the details of your upcoming event and we want to be sure all of those special touches are taken care of, relieving the stress from you or any family and friends. You have a vision and we are here to help make your dreams come true. You may ask yourselves “Do We Need a Coordinator?” Well here are a few key services we provide:

  • Meeting(s) to get to know you, your personalities, and understand your overall vision
  • Email and phone contact through the planning process
  • Assess layouts and logistics of the event space(s)
  • Review contracts from vendors
  • Adhere to rules/restrictions of venue/vendors
  • Referrals to quality vendors
  • Create timeline of the event details
  • Available to answer questions regarding particular aspects of your event in advance
  • Point of contact to vendors for any questions or concerns
  • Site visits and/or walkthroughs
  • Additional staff available to add to packages for extended assistance
  • Coordinate wedding rehearsal the week before the big day
  • Guidance for line-up of bridal party and family with placement
  • Point of contact for any questions/concerns from family members, bridal party or guests
  • Setup of personal items for event
  • Make sure table settings and all of your setup requests are in place, comparing to examples provided from couple
  • Placement of programs, favors, and accent pieces
  • Guide and direct guests, with management of guest flow
  • Ensure that speakers/performers are available and are informed prior to giving any speeches or performances
  • Collection of gifts and card box assistance for loading at end of the day
  • Keep vendors on track with communication throughout the event
  • Assist with collection of and packing any personal items that need to be taken or returned
  • Distribute final payments and tips to requested vendors on the day of event
  • Assist with getting all items and vendors off-site by contractual time with venue

The WOW factor! I love the reaction of our Couple seeing all the months of planning the details come together on their wedding day! Witnessing speeches are always entertaining. I’m usually laughing or crying and honored to hear the stories behind the love. Watching our Couple dance with their closest friends and family, along with the look of joy and happiness on everyone’s faces as they celebrate is why I do this.
