From the first delicate detail to the final candlelit goodbye, our event planning team tends to every element with grace and intention. We manage the timeline, coordinate trusted vendors, oversee setup, and ensure a seamless flow throughout the day—so everything unfolds effortlessly.
On the day of your celebration, your only role is to be present, radiant, and in love with the moment. We handle the logistics behind the scenes, allowing you to savor the joy, beauty, and magic of your wedding or event—stress-free, supported, and exquisitely cared for.
Here are a few key services we provide:
* Meeting(s) to get to know you, your personalities, and understand your overall vision
* Assess layouts and logistics of the event space(s)
* Referrals to quality vendors
* Point of contact to vendors & adhere to rules/restrictions of venue/vendors
* Create timeline of the event details
* Site visits and/or walkthroughs
* Additional staff available to add to packages for extended assistance
* Coordinate wedding rehearsal the week before the big day
* Guidance for line-up of bridal party and family with placement
* Setup of personal items for event
* Make sure table settings, programs, favors, and accent pieces are in place
* Guide and direct guests, with management of guest flow
* Ensure that speakers/performers are available and are informed prior to giving any speeches or performances
* Collection of gifts and card box assistance for loading at end of the day
* Keep vendors on track with communication throughout the event & assist with getting all items and vendors off-site by venue’s contractual time
* Distribute final payments and tips to requested vendors on the day of event

The WOW factor! I love the reaction of our Couple seeing all the months of planning the details come together on their wedding day! Witnessing speeches are always entertaining. I’m usually laughing or crying and honored to hear the stories behind the love. Watching our Couple dance with their closest friends and family, along with the look of joy and happiness on everyone’s faces as they celebrate is why I do this.
